Your Main Missions
In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:
- Executing all supplier relations,
- Reporting supplier activities and problems to PFW-Speyer and Quality related units,
- Managing the supplier process for new projects and supporting PFW-Speyer on demand,
- Visiting to suppliers on-site where necessary,
- Conducting studies for the management and improvement of suppliers,
- Ensuring availability of necessary materials in accordance with overall quality requirements
- Following product and supplier qualification through the relevant system and supplier tracking (in case it appears free in the system used by PFW-Speyer),
- Contacting the main center about suppliers that are not approved in the system,
- Tracking the approved supplier list,
- Performing material quality maintenance in the system,
- Requesting new information in case of missing documents from suppliers,
- Notifying suppliers of supplier-related errors and evaluating the actions taken (ensuring that root cause analyses are initiated and followed up by the supplier)
- Participating in approved supplier audits on behalf of PFW-HS when necessary,
- Providing the necessary technical support in line with the supplier's request for information about the material,
- Performing of supplier quality processes activities
- Conducting of supplier non-conformity management
- Monitoring and closing supplier root cause and actions
- Performing the flying, non-flying part decision
Your Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent education,
- 1-4 years of experience in the relevant position
- Advanced English level,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and ERP system, Normen Server, SharePoint,
