Technical Account Manager Enterprise

Location: Seoul (South Korea)

As a Qualys TAM the candidate will hold responsibility for both the technical and sales contact with enterprise selected customers to manage business, establishing and growing strong relationships at all levels of business seniority within the customer’s management.

The ideal candidate will work autonomously, identifying and successfully working on customers' needs and plans and interacting with your management on key topics and milestones of the activity.

Responsibilities:

• Build Qualys' technical credibility with customers and partners
• Develop and manage sales opportunities for enterprise customers by maintaining close relationships with key customers on a technical level.
• Increase existing customer engagement and develop and manage upsell business
• Support direct reports by participating in and leading in client and prospect meetings. Engaging other corporate resources as required

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with knowledge of IT security and compliance and used to control typical business and sales processes. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports. Organized and analytically, able to find solutions to obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

• Experienced in managing a high performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company
• A strong relationship builder with 5+ years of overall Enterprise sales experience working
• Confident in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations with pricing based on business value, legal and procurement 
• At least 5 years of experience in a security-related field
• Able to travel via auto, train or air for 4 of the time

Desired Attributes:

• Knowledge of key technologies and subjects including TCP/IP and networking, Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance/Audit Tools, Network Security, Web App Security, Endpoint Detection and Response, File integrity Monitoring Patch management, Cloud Security, Containers, DevOps cycle and API scripting (curl, python, …)
