Your Key Responsibilities

• 제품/시스템/프로세스의 품질 문제 예방 및 지속적 개선을 통해 고객 요구사항과 만족도 충족
• Change Management(변경 관리) 활동 총괄 및 고객 승인 보고서 제출
• 내부/외부 품질 이슈 분석 및 근본 원인 규명, 개선조치 실행 및 부서 간 협업 리드
• 고객사 품질 감사 및 현장 방문 대응, 관련 자료 준비 및 보고
• 부적합품에 대한 문제 원인 분석 및 개선 활동 지원
• 생산 라인 품질 내부 감사 수행

Your Qualifications

• 전기, 기계공학, 산업공학 등 관련 전공 학사 이상
• 품질, 생산, 전기 구동 시스템 관련 경력 10년 미만 보유자
• 분석적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력 보유자
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
• 영어 문서 및 커뮤니케이션 가능자
