Program Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for leading across all facets of launch from the creation of project plans to the final execution. To build strong relationships with clients and counterparts and lead relevant discussions to operationalize the work that directly impact the business vision and strategy.

Job Requirements

• Accountable for the delivery of technical and business process design and roadmaps
• Accountable for the required criteria and content for portfolio prioritization and approval to manage End to End launches through all stages.
• Ability to manage short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently.
• Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with ambiguity and providing creative solutions.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
