We are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d) to join our team and help drive global growth. Your Tasks

• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with our ideal customer profile.
• Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations and generate qualified leads.
• Design and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Attending industry events and conferences to represent Energy Robotics and build new business connections.
• Research and profile prospective accounts to identify key stakeholders and business needs.
• Align with marketing to assess and convert inbound leads into actionable sales conversations.
• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective account qualification.

Your Profile

• Language Proficiency: Professionally fluent in both English and German (spoken and written).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Business-related field or Engineering.
• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Growth Mindset: Eager to continuously learn and improve.
• Sales Confidence: Confident in initiating cold calls and engaging potential clients.
• Industry Passion: Genuine interest in robotics and emerging technologies.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for industry events and networking opportunities.
