Delaney Roberts Family Lawyers is seeking a Legal Assistant to support three (3) Solicitors (including the Head of Family Law) in our Sydney CBD office. About You

We are searching for a proactive Legal Assistant who can anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years in an administration role in a law firm
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience following formatting rules.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative abilities, including diary, file, and document management.
  • Experience adapting to industry specific software to enhance efficiency and automation eg. our core software solutions are LEAP legal software and Clio client management software.
  • Experience with time recording, billing and invoicing procedures for professional services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder and client relationships effectively.
