Job Overview:
As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services on terms that are in the organization’s best interest. Duties include market research, competitor analysis, product evaluations, testing and monitoring purchase orders and inventory management. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
** This is a TEMPORARY position, 6 months assignment. Staffed through TCWGlobal **
Responsibilities:
Procurement Support
• Turing approved quotes into requisitions and supporting blanket and free form requisitions for the organization.
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate status of orders with internal customers.
• Manage all day-to-day activity for suppliers in category portfolio
Customer Support/ Coupa Support
• Provide customer support to staff who ordered items from Think Patented and Show Your Logo. Help staff to locate tracking for shipping, order status, and payment status. Help staff with customer service issues including returning of items and reordering of items. Help provide approved artwork files to staff for in-kind donations for signage.
• Help with Coupa questions, including rushing invoices when appropriate, editing POs, and or training staff on how to create requisitions and or submitting invoices.
• Help with customer services for orders made by the Coupa Punchout Stores including Amazon and Oriental Express.
• Maintain shipping and receiving reports for camping assets during LTN and OTY season.
• Monitor LTN Specialists Team’s chat and maintaining calendar for upcoming campaign needs.
Supplier Onboarding and Set Up
• Work with Accounts Payable and Director of Procurement in approving new supplier requests and approving supplier external forms in Coupa.
• Help suppliers onboard in the Coupa Supplier Portal, including sending reminders to complete the form, helping suppliers to input their information and answer any other questions and provide help to the supplier to complete their supplier set up with LLS.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of related purchasing experience
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong negotiating skills
• Base rate for this position is $30/hour. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience.
