Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the NABRAND budget. This permanent role is critical to ensuring accurate budget tracking, financial reporting, supplier registration, expedited payments, and seamless coordination across NABRAND Marketing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Procur Helpdesk, Procurement, Master Data, and Agency partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and proven experience managing budgets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation of purchase orders (POs) and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with the Media Agency to review billing registers, flowcharts, and Sox tracker, ensuring accurate invoicing and alignment with media planning.
- Partner with Accounts Payable (AP) NA and the Procur Help Desk to process invoices and credit memos accurately and on time.
- Oversee expedited invoice payments, including securing approvals and coordinating with Senior AP Analysts.
- Maintain and update supplier lists and PO trackers to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage the NABRAND budget file, ensuring accurate month-end close reporting in coordination with NABRAND Budget Owners and the NA Finance team, with the goal of achieving a +/- 1% variance to the approved full-year budget outlook by year-end.
- Support the Director, Consumer Marketing NA, and Brand VP, NA, by preparing the NABRAND Executive Summary, highlighting budget variances, and managing intra-budget reallocations.
- Prepare and submit timely accrual and prepaid reports to the NA Finance team.
- Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Manager and Finance Manager on U.S. coupon redemption tracking and Sector-to-Food cross-charge reconciliations.
- Administer new supplier registrations through the Ariba platform and ensure supplier data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in budget management.
- Manage Non-Revenue Orders (NRO) and collaborate closely with the Product Supply team to ensure timely delivery of product samples in alignment with NABRAND team requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in budget management, financial reporting, or procurement coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tracking/reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP HANA reporting with the ability to analyze financial data and maintain accurate budget files.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be able to work standard business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
