Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Power Platform Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, building scalable solutions, and ensuring effective governance and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide technical recommendations.
• Develop end-to-end automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Support integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in code reviews, solution documentation, and best practice enforcement.

Qualifications We Seek In You!

Minimum Qualifications

• Conduct user training sessions and support adoption of developed solutions.
• Stay updated on new features, capabilities, and best practices of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in Power Platform development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Knowledge of Power Platform security, environment strategy, and governance best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, Azure services, and connectors is a plus

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), or equivalent.
• Experience in large enterprise environments and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
