DP World is expanding its operations in the Czech Republic and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Ostrava. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving employer branding, and supporting the successful launch of our business in the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring timely, high-quality recruitment while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for BCs onsite and WCs employees, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in the Czech Republic, including local job postings and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with BC agencies and external recruitment partners as needed.
- Build strong relationships with HR Managers, business leaders, and external stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition.
- Develop position-specific recruitment plans, identify candidate pools, and advise on best hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates (active and passive) through ATS, social media, job fairs, and market channels.
- Create and deliver an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience, including managing feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Extensive international end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced corporate environments; logistics industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems, assessment tools, and modern sourcing strategies.
- Strong track record in sourcing and attracting top talent, negotiating offers, and closing hires.
- Ability to manage high vacancy numbers while maintaining quality and timely service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition projects (ATS enhancements, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, hiring manager training).
- Fluency in Czech and English languages (written and spoken).
