Job Description:

Summary:

Souring and management of component suppliers, price benchmarks, continuous promotion of reasonable and feasible cost down plan.

元器件供应商开发和管理，和器件成本分析和控制，持续推动合理可行化降本。

Responsibilities:

1.Souring and management of components/FETs suppliers.

负责元器件供应商开发和管理。

2.Coordinate with product line to complete the selection of components, continuously optimize the component/materials library, souring and recommend appropriate low-cost solutions, and enhancing cost competitiveness.

配合产品线完成器件选型，持续优化器件库，寻找和推荐合适的降成本方案，提升产品成本竞争力。

3.Monitor market conditions and price trends, conduct regular cost analyses, and control the cost.

了解市场变化和价格趋势，定期进行成本分析，控制采购成本。

4.Regular maintenance and management of the component cost database.

负责定期元器件数据库进行维护管理

5.Execute upper management instructions on time, on target.

及时并准确地执行上级领导的指示

6.Other Related Responsibilities.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in materials or supply chain related fields.

本科或以上学历，材料和供应链相关专业。

2.Strong analytical reasoning capabilities, proficiency in data analysis, and a keen cost-consciousness.

良好的逻辑分析能力，数据分析能力，和较强的成本管理意识。

3.3 years or above experience in semiconductor components procurement.

三年及以上半导体元器件采购经验。

4.Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening.

英语听说读写流利。

5.Skillful in communication and coordination.

良好的沟通协调能力。

6.Familiar with related MRP/ERP systems.

熟悉Mrp或者相关的Erp系统。

7.Good at Microsoft Office software.

擅长微软办公软件。
