Overnight Dispatcher /Logistics Coordinator

Adlinc Business Services Limited, an outsourcing company aiming to offer top-tier 24/7/365 dispatch and delivery support to North America, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Overnight Logistics Coordinator<\/b> to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing real-time coordination between drivers and customers while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>

• Receive customer orders and efficiently assign them to available contract drivers in relevant North American cities.<\/span><\/li>
• Utilize mapping and dispatch software to determine the most effective routes and ensure timely deliveries.<\/span><\/li>
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.<\/span><\/li>
• Resolve client queries, issues, and concerns related to dispatch, delivery, and other service offerings.<\/span><\/li>
• Continuously track the progress of dispatched orders, addressing any delays or complications swiftly.<\/span><\/li>
• Handle any post-delivery inquiries or issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback.<\/span><\/li>
• Must be able to work onsite between the hours of 10pm and 7 am or 11pm and 8am any day of the week. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
