职位描述
Primary Objective主要目标:
Responsible for sourcing, supplier management, purchasing and coordination in port cranes supply.
负责港口起重机的采购,供应商管理,采购和协调。
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
- Develop new suppliers and manage current suppliers;
开发新供应商,管理现有供应商;
- Make inquiry, quotation and price negotiation as per requirement, prepare purchasing application for approval;
根据要求进行询价、报价和价格谈判,准备采购申请并提交审批;
- Collaborate with oversea head office to define the purchasing scope;
与海外总部合作确定采购范围;
- Collaborate with local factory colleagues to share the workload and make sure that all purchasing and logistics data are accurate;
与当地工厂同事合作分担工作量,确保所有采购和物流数据准确无误;
- Material expedition and timely update all information in the system;
物料考察并及时更新系统中的所有信息;
- Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 Standards;
了解 Iso14001 & 45001标准;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
完成经理安排的其他任务。
职位要求
- Bachelor or master’s degree;
本科或硕士学历;
- 2~3 years working experience in purchasing or supply chain in industry area;
2~3年行业采购或供应链工作经验;
- Familiar with ERP/SAP system and MS Office software;
熟悉Erp/Sap系统及Ms Office办公软件;
- Proficient in procurement principle and cost control with proven ability to reduce product cost and increase operational effectiveness;
精通采购原理和成本控制,具有降低产品成本和提高运营效率的能力;
- Good industry knowledge and understanding of supply chain;
良好的行业知识和对供应链的理解;
- Good negotiation, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
良好的谈判、分析、沟通和解决问题的能力;
- Good English as well as Chinese, both oral and written;
良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力;
- Strong sense of responsibility and team player.
