The Role
As Tax Manager, you will be responsible for all tax-related matters across the group. This includes ensuring global tax compliance, reviewing and validating tax calculations, coordinating with local tax advisors, and implementing transfer pricing policies aligned with international standards.
You will also lead initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position, identify and secure applicable tax incentives, and support business decisions with accurate and strategic tax advice.
In addition, you will play an active role in M&A due diligences, helping to identify and assess potential tax risks and exposures associated with target companies.
You will join our Finance team at HQ, reporting directly to the Financial Director, and working closely with the Controlling, Accounting, and Legal teams, as well as external consultants across multiple jurisdictions.

What Will You Work On?
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance in all jurisdictions where Indie Campers operates (CIT, VAT, WHT, local taxes).
- Review and validate corporate income tax computations, deferred tax positions, and tax provisions.
- Coordinate with local tax advisors and ensure proper implementation of tax guidance across subsidiaries.
- Design, document, and implement the Transfer Pricing policy for the Group, ensuring alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Lead tax audits and inspections, ensuring appropriate risk management and clear communication with authorities.
- Identify and implement tax optimization opportunities, including credits, incentives, and deductions available in different countries.Support business expansion by assessing tax impacts of new markets, products, or legal entities.
- Assist in M&A due diligences, identifying potential tax risks, exposures, and structuring opportunities.
- Work closely with the finance team on intercompany flows, ensuring consistency and compliance across accounting, invoicing, and transfer pricing.
- Develop tax reporting processes and dashboards to monitor effective tax rate, compliance deadlines, and audit status.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, providing timely updates and recommendations to management.
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives related to tax data and filings.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or Law.
- As from 3 years of experience in tax advisory, compliance, or corporate tax (ideally within a Big 4 and/or multinational environment).
- Solid understanding of international tax principles, including transfer pricing, VAT, and withholding taxes.
- Experience identifying or managing tax incentives and grants is a strong plus.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker able to translate tax insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external advisors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across jurisdictions and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel and tax compliance tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.
