About the RoleAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide data and insights that shape business strategies, optimise customer experience, and improve operational efficiency for the Slovak market.You will work closely with the Country Director and senior leadership team to enable data-driven decision-making. In this position, you will uncover opportunities to drive market performance and support key initiatives that deliver significant value to the organisation, its partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis, reporting solutions, and actionable insights
• Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner
• Develop and manage comprehensive KPI analysis and reporting
• Use SQL and advanced analytics to inform business strategies and evaluate initiative performance
• Work with global teams to share best practices and foster a data-driven culture
• Build strong working relationships with Country Management, Sales & Operations, Product & Tech, Marketing, Central Data & Analytics, PMO & Finance

What You Bring

• Experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
• Proven ability to build persuasive, data-driven narratives for executive audiences
• Strong SQL skills for independent data extraction and analysis
• Ability to visualise data and build dashboards/reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with advanced analytics (e.g., causal inference) — preferred
• Experience with trading or forecasting — a plus
• Fluent in Slovak and English (written and spoken)
