职位描述
Position Overview
1.Take care of customer order handlings and shipment, ensure customer order on time delivery and satisfaction to maintain good commercial cooperation with customers.
2.Be responsible for all domestic and abroad logistic shipment issues, ensure all import and export issues handled in a timely manner and correctly whilst keep logistic cost at a controllable level.
1.负责处理客户订单及发货事宜,确保客户订单准时交付和客户满意度。
2.负责所有国内国外物流事宜,确保进出口事务及时准确处理,同时控制物流成本。
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders and make sure the customer order released correctly before maintaining IFS system.
- Proactively communicate with customer about the order status and confirm the delivery time in an effective manner, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good commercial relationship with customer.
- Provide open order status report and monthly report to customer and hold monthly meetings with customer.
- In charge of shipment arrangement, coordinate with forwarder to pick up and deliver goods in time. Work out shipping documents to forwarder or broker with 100% accuracy.
- Be responsible for freight quotation inquiries both domestic logistic shipment and import & export, control shipment cost in a most reasonable level with satisfied and efficient service. Also handle all freight bills and payment issues.
- Be familiar with HS code classification, the latest updated logistic and customs policies, minimize logistic, import/export customs clearance risk.
- Bachelor’s degree major in Logistics, international trade or relevant.
- Three years relevant working experience in customer service, logistics or foreign trade business.
- Good communication and coordination skills, active team player, detail oriented.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
