Job Description

• Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects – ideally in the context of SAP
• Conception, hands-on build, and rollout of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including the creation of in-app assets (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help) using the respective editors/studios.
• End-to-end enablement: segmentation, versioning, localization, testing & go-live, plus adoption KPIs (e.g., usage, completion, reduction of support tickets).
• Implementation and operation of learning management systems (LMS/LXP), including SCORM/xAPI packaging, course structuring, assignments, assessments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
• Design of AI-driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts (e.g., recommendations, learning analytics).
• Integration of technologies to enhance accessibility (WCAG) and user experience in learning content and in-app guidance.
• Execution of stakeholder analyses, targeted communication initiatives, and trainings (German/English).
• Close collaboration with HR development, IT, and business units, including the establishment of governance for content lifecycle and translations.

• Einführung und Betrieb von Lernmanagementsystemen (LMS/LXP) inkl. SCORM/xAPI‑Packaging, Kursstruktur, Zuweisungen, Assessments und Reporting (z. B. SuccessFactors Learning).
• Gestaltung von AI‑gestützten Lernlösungen und personalisierten Enablement‑Konzepten (z. B. Empfehlungen, Learning Analytics).
• Integration von Technologien zur Förderung von Barrierefreiheit (WCAG) und User Experience in Lerninhalten und In‑App Guidance.
• Durchführung von Stakeholderanalysen, zielgruppenspezifischen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Trainings (DE/EN).
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Personalentwicklung, IT und Fachbereichen sowie Etablierung von Governance für Content‑Lifecycle und Übersetzungen.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management in technology/ERP-driven projects (ideally SAP).
• Proven hands-on production in a Digital Adoption Platform (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane) using editor/studio with productive in-app assets.
• At least one end-to-end DAP rollout incl. segmentation, versioning, localization, and adoption KPIs (usage, completion, support ticket reduction).
• Practical LMS/LXP publishing: SCORM/xAPI packaging, assignments, assessments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
• Familiar with change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter) and instructional design; focus on measurable adoption.
• Strong communication and empathy; excellent German and English; affinity for AI-driven learning and UX/accessibility (WCAG).

• Mindestens ein End-to-End DAP-Rollout inkl. Segmentierung, Versionierung, Lokalisierung und KPIs (Nutzung, Completion, Reduktion von Support‑Tickets).
• Praxis in LMS/LXP Publishing: SCORM/xAPI‑Packaging, Zuweisungen, Assessments und Reporting (z. B. SuccessFactors Learning).
• Vertraut mit Change‑Methodiken (ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter) und Instructional Design; Fokus auf messbare Adoption.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse; Affinität zu AI‑gestützten Lernlösungen sowie UX/Barrierefreiheit (WCAG).
