Responsibilities
- Serves as the office's lead administrative professional coordinating the flow of information coming into and out of the office, including triage of incoming calls and, upon request, emails to Chief Legal Officer, routing them as appropriate, and responding to requests independently when possible and appropriate.
- Prepares letters, reports, administrative documents and initial drafts of legal documents for review by Chief Legal Officer, opens and distributes mail, prepares express packages, etc.
- Processes sensitive inquires and requests from outside parties that require confidentiality and proper response.
- Supports the office's litigation management activity.
- Handles requests for insurance verifications/certificates for all corporations.
- Schedules meetings for Chief Legal Officer and other legal staff as requested.
- Provides back up administrative support coverage as required.

Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum 5 years office experience in legal office.
- MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Computer Literate
Able to type a minimum of 60 wpm
Ability to edit and proofread documents
Have excellent command of English (writing verbal, grammar)The ability to multi-task in an office of busy professionals
