About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and personable new colleague to join our team as a Waitstaff Member. This role is part of our Restaurant Service Team, and you will be essential in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders and providing menu information while upselling. You will manage orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and serve food and beverages. Teamwork are importent to succseed to serve our guests and make their visit special.

Who We Are Looking For

Must Haves:

• At least one year of work experience
• Experience in serving drinks
• Experience in taking orders
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Preferred:

• Knowlage about Health and Safety in the Service Industry
• Relevant training / education
• Proficiency in Scandinavian language

We are looking for someone who is loyal, flexible, and has excellent communication skills. You should be a team player who demonstrates patience and composure, and professionalism in all interactions. Building strong customer relationships is essential, as is maintaining a service-minded attitude.
