Responsibilities<\/B><\/P>

• Shape the conceptual experience and visual direction to deliver a world‑class, differentiated brand experience<\/li>
• Design end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for multiple MVPs and digital products<\/li>
• Develop high‑quality visual designs for web and native mobile interfaces that reflect brand identity and design system guidelines<\/li>
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive, elegant experiences that balance business, user, and technical needs<\/li>
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX researchers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment<\/li>
• Support usability testing, gather insights, and refine designs based on feedback and data<\/li>
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries across products<\/li>
• Ensure all designs are pixel‑perfect, accessible, and aligned with usability best practices<\/li>
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to align on design direction and decisions<\/li>
• Enable and coach teams on UX and visual design best practices to enhance design maturity<\/li>
• Ensure visual and experiential coherence across all digital touchpoints and assets<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
