Social Media Coordinator – Nations Church Myaree

Part-time - 15.2 - 19 hours per week

The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our Creative team at the Myaree campus. This role is responsible for strengthening digital engagement across all Nations Church platforms, ensuring our online presence reflects the heart, vision and mandate of Nations Church.

This Role Is Responsible For:

• Leading and developing the social media team, cultivating a culture of creativity, collaboration and purpose
• Coaching global and campus account managers, and empowering volunteers to manage content and community engagement with brand consistency
• Overseeing all social media accounts across the entity to ensure growth, engagement, consistency and alignment with the Church's vision
• Planning and implementing content calendars and digital campaigns rollouts for key church wide initiatives
• Developing and executing measurable social media strategies that grow followers, builds engagement and strengthens brand awareness
• Staying across emerging digital and social trends to strengthen our online presence, refine strategy and support wider Church communications
• Maintaining a high standard of creative excellence while communicating the mandate of Nations Church

This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate would need to make Nations Church their home church.

Must-Haves

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. They will be be confident in planning and executing digital campaigns. Bring a creative mindset, with the ability to innovate and integrate industry trends while reflecting the heart and vision of Nations Church. Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to contribute positively within a creative environment.

Have a strong desire to see the Nations Church’s Mandate outworked - that the Lost be Found, Disciples Made and that Nations be Reached.
