Job Description

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to build and enhance our BI capabilities. You will design, shape, and implement Self-Service BI Solutions that empower our business users to make informed decisions. Your role will be crucial in enabling our business to generate value from data by integrating data, creating insightful dashboards, and providing top-notch support to our business teams. By leveraging your expertise, you will help us unlock the true potential of our data and drive business value. Additionally, you will play a key role in transforming our data into structured data products aligned with our data domains, ensuring data is organized and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Self-Service BI Solutions: Create intuitive and user-friendly BI solutions that enable business users to access and analyze data independently.
• Build Data Product Centric BI Solutions: Develop and maintain BI solutions that are aligned with our data product strategy, ensuring they deliver tangible business value.
• Integrate and Make Data Available: Seamlessly integrate data from various sources and make it readily available for analysis and reporting.
• Dashboarding and Reporting: Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Support for Business Users: Provide training and support to business users, helping them leverage BI tools and solutions effectively.
• Drive Data Culture: Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of BI and data analytics in decision-making processes.
• Innovative AI Solutions: Support our drive for innovative AI solutions by integrating AI capabilities into our BI solutions and exploring new ways to enhance efficiency and insights.
• Data Product Development: Help transform our proliferated data into structured data products aligned with our data domains, ensuring data is organized and accessible for business use.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher education in computer science, information systems or related field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Sound experience of implementing Power BI solutions across different business units, relating to requirements gathering, data modeling, report/dashboard design and end-user training/adoption activities
• Demonstrated in-depth industry experience in the private banking sector by solving complex business problems thereby generating insights and providing best in class customer-driven solutions
• Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and management reports
• Proficient in data visualization, application development, testing and troubleshooting as well as data quality and security provision within Business Intelligence Architecture / Solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Background in data mining and data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• Pleasant and winning appearance paired with a high level of communication and consulting competence as well as mediating solution orientation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership and accountability on assigned tasks driving execution through completion
• Ability to work as part of a agile team, driving projects to successful completion.
