UI/UX Designer & Prototyping

About the Role

Must have UI Experience

We are looking for a UI/UX designer who is responsible for creating user-centered designs that

enhance usability and engagement, while UX prototyping focuses on building interactive models

to test and refine these designs before development. Together, they ensure seamless digital

experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Strategy

● Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, analytics).

● Define user personas, journeys, and pain points.

● Analyze competitors and industry trends.

● Align UX goals with business objectives.

2. Wireframing, Design & Prototyping

● Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

● Develop user flows and information architecture.

● Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.

● Build interactive prototypes to simulate real-world interactions.

● Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, and Framer.

3. Usability Testing & Iteration

● Conduct usability tests and A/B testing.

● Gather user feedback and refine designs based on insights.

● Optimize experiences for different devices and accessibility.

4. Collaboration & Developer Handoff

● Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams.

● Present designs and gather stakeholder feedback.

● Create detailed design specifications for developers.

● Ensure smooth transition from design to development with proper documentation.
