Client Partner, Brand Sales (CTV/OTT)马德里社招全职职位 ID:A124091职位描述- Manage a portfolio of strategic brand advertisers and agency partners, driving CTV/OTT brand revenue.
- Lead client engagement, annual planning, and joint business reviews with global advertisers and agency groups.
- Partner with agencies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu) to secure annual commitments and incremental budgets.
- Translate client objectives into tailored brand ad solutions across Xiaomi’s ecosystem (CTV/OTT and mobile).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, measurement, operations) to deliver and optimize campaigns.
- Provide market and competitive insights to shape Xiaomi’s brand ad proposition.职位要求- 6–10 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on brand/CTV/video advertising.
- Proven success in managing large advertisers and agency relationships at HQ/regional level.
- Strong understanding of brand KPIs and measurement (reach, frequency, awareness, brand lift, MMM).
- Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in matrixed global organizations; ability to influence across functions.
