In this role, you will support and collaborate closely with the CEO on a variety of mission-critical initiatives. You will take on diverse responsibilities—from strategic planning and financial modeling to operational execution and investor management. Your work will help unlock growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and ensure the organization scales smoothly. You will serve as a central bridge between leadership, cross-functional teams, investors, and analysts, ensuring consistent alignment and clarity. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Lead and manage high-priority projects that drive company growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategy.
- Financial Analysis: Create robust financial models, conduct deep-dive analytical assessments, and provide insights that guide key business decisions.
- Investor & Stakeholder Management: Assist with investor updates, fundraising materials, board documents, and responses to queries from external stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor critical business metrics, run monthly and quarterly performance reviews, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to support strategy formulation and organizational planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments across the company to ensure smooth execution of strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives.
- Business Operations: Support day-to-day operations by resolving bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and enabling faster decision-making.

- Experience & Expertise: You bring 3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, FP&A, consulting, operations, or analytical roles.
