As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth by identifying new on-site guarding opportunities and building strong client relationships across diverse markets. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives on prospecting and delivering tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for protective services and integrated solutions.
- Prospect and qualify organizations needing security programs.
- Collaborate with operations to design coverage and procedures.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs.
- Maintain CRM data and market intelligence.
- Ensure solutions meet client needs and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in service industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead generation.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Travel:
· Flexible within region as required.
Base salary range: Starting at $80,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience
