Your Role

As Sales Manager Nordics, you will drive the commercial expansion of our private label petfood activities across the Nordic region, with a strong focus on Sweden and Norway. You build sustainable partnerships, open doors in retail and grocery, and translate market insights into concrete actions that fuel growth.

  • New business first: You identify, approach and win new B2B customers in retail, grocery and specialty channels across the Nordics. You open doors, build relationships from scratch and position our capabilities strongly across all segments.
  • Build a qualified pipeline: You generate leads through calls, visits, trade shows and proactive market outreach, ensuring a continuously growing funnel.
  • Strengthening our market position: You closely monitor trends in the petfood industry, customer needs and competitor activities, and convert these insights into a powerful commercial action plan that delivers tangible results.
  • Negotiations & deal closing: You manage the full commercial process, from first contact to signed contract, ensuring long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Strategy and execution combined: You define the roadmap to expand our presence in the Nordics, set priorities and translate them into a business development plan with a clear pipeline, targets and milestones. From prospecting to closing, you own the entire commercial cycle and remain the key point of contact even after the deal is done.
  • Effective stakeholder management: You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Production, R&D, Internal Sales and others to ensure smooth project execution and an excellent customer experience.
  • CRM ownership: You make sure all customer information is accurately and fully processed in the CRM system, supporting efficient cooperation across teams.

Who You Are

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree and ideally already have experience in B2B sales or key account management.
  • You are a strategic, result-driven hunter with a proven ability to open doors and develop new business.
  • You take ownership and thrive when working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • You solve problems quickly and effectively, and you are comfortable troubleshooting when needed.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, connecting easily with production teams, management and marketing.
  • You work analytically, structured and hands-on — even when tasks are not strictly defined.
  • You are willing to travel frequently across the Nordic region and internationally for customer visits and trade fairs.
