Skills

• Experience with web-based application testing 
• Experience with mobile-based application testing 
• Experience with integration testing between applications
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
• Deep understanding of technical field and area of practice backed by professional experience
• Can predict potential issues on the project, communicate, and provide solutions for those issues
• Experience with some management tools (Jira, TeamWork, Notion, etc.)
• Profound understanding of QA principles and processes
• Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
• Good knowledge of API testing
• Good understanding of Agile Software Development Methodologies
• Good team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding the business value and risks of all given aspects (project, company, business, customers)
• High proficiency in English in both written and verbal form

Responsibilities

• Working on a variety of projects - small to large in timeline and complexity
• Mentoring and educating other QAs and working on general processes
• Focusing on problem-solving and system/application architecture and connecting all the parts.
• Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications to determine quality assurance parameters
• Taking the role of a lead without explicitly being instructed
• Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and customer feedback and prioritization
• Has a long-term vision in terms of the project and goals
• Documents results; offers observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
• Proficient in communication, sets the communication standard for other team members
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
