The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent for various levels and roles across Latin America (primarily in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Panama Dominican Republic and Latam roles).
The TA Specialist will work closely with the local HR teams and Hiring Managers, empowering and guiding them to make informed hiring decisions.
Will apply HR recruitment best practices and processes within the region and local markets, ensuring a premium candidate experience across Latin America throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. Additionally, will utilize data and insights to analyze internal and external information and provide recommendations for solutions.
Job Description
Recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening and evaluation) for various levels and roles across Latin America (mainly COL, MX, ARG, Panama, Dominican Republic and Latam positions). This may include (but not limited to) writing and posting job ads, briefing meetings with hiring managers, phone screening, providing feedback and making job offers.
- Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles
- Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions etc.)
- Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics
- Ensure functional expertise within Talent Acquisition, cultivating pipelines both internally and externally and leveraging insights and talent trends
Internal & External Partnerships
- Empower hiring managers and guide them in making the right hiring decisions
- Partner closely with the Global Talent Team and stay abreast of internal tools and processes
- Manage the relationships with external recruitment agencies (if needed) and any other external TA partnerships
- Ensure clear communication between the HR team members in the region and line managers throughout the recruitment process (ensuring on-time information for all key stakeholders)
Process, Tools and Programmes
- Use data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions
- Educate hiring managers on internal tools
- Provide business, system and TA process training as needed
- Responsible for leading TA projects (where relevant)
- Ensure all local and global legal requirements are met regarding TA (including data privacy)
- Champion ‘Red Bull Wingfinder’ as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must (verbal & written)
- University Degree (e.g. Psychology, Business)
- 3+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in consumer goods, beverage, distribution, or media industries
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Experience in using and analyzing data from external and internal sources
- A people person who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach
- Experience using Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Hirevue, etc.) and SAP HR are an advantage
