Your role will be focus on the following key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full spectrum of online and offline campaigns – from brand awareness and recruitment initiatives to job fairs, CSR projects, and PR activities.
- Collaborating with agencies to develop standout creative concepts, provide insightful feedback, and guarantee timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Launching and optimizing campaigns on Meta for Business (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Creating engaging visuals and videos using tools like Canva, Clipchamp, CapCut, while also
- Supporting internal teams with standout graphics, flyers, invitations, animated teasers, SharePoint pages, and news updates.
- Preparing monthly presentations for management featuring campaign plans, event proposals, and performance insights.

- Expertise in digital marketing, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Confidence in planning events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative, creative mindset that thrives in dynamic environments without a set playbook.
- Resilience and resourcefulness, with the ability to turn last-minute requests into clear, impactful communication.
- A Great listener who knows how to say “no” kindly and professionally.
- A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, including comfort with data reporting.
- Bonus points if you’re passionate about creating and editing engaging video content and reels!
