Head of Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and manage Revi’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesPrepare monthly board reports, financial statements, and investor updatesLead the development of internal financial controls and reporting systemsPartner with cross-functional teams to support project costing and ad hoc financial analysisMonitor cash flow, runway, and key financial metrics to ensure financial healthWork with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutionsProvide strategic guidance to leadership on financial performance and riskDrive automation and improvements in finance tools, dashboards, and systemsEnsure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements
QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting; startup experience preferredStrong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysisProficient in tools like Excel/Google sheets, accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), and dashboardsExcellent communication and presentation skills – ability to convey complex financial data clearlyDetail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
