P&G is looking for a professional with practical experience as a designer for top marketplaces (Wildberries, Ozon) for over 1 year, who will join our team as a Graphic designer for marketplace content. You will be responsible for developing and independently creating advertising materials specifically for marketplaces (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) for globally recognized brands that will be seen by millions of people on top e-commerce platforms in the country.
As a graphic content designer for marketplaces, you will:
- Develop creative concepts for advertising materials on marketplaces within the brand book, aimed at increasing conversion from viewing product cards/banners/brand zones to purchase. Portfolio – 2 categories of P&G products
- Independently create advertising materials (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) using modern technologies. Portfolio – 2 categories of P&G products
- Prepare technical tasks for the agency and control the quality and timely implementation of the tasks you set. The agency will scale the creatives you have created and tested across the portfolio (other SKUs/other sizes)
- Analyze metrics — CTR, CR, and adapt content based on results
- Analyze competitor content and overall trends in creative approaches in the market
- Work closely with multifunctional teams at P&G who are passionate about their work
- Monthly salary starting from 150,000 RUB before taxes

Job Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to Moscow with company support.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role at Wildberries and Ozon – your current role must match the job responsibilities described above.
- A portfolio of product cards and brand zones created by you for marketplaces is required.
- Experience in A/B testing of product cards on marketplaces – at least 1 year of ongoing research into the impact of your created creatives on CTR/CR metrics.
- Experience in creating product card designs using neural networks for over a year – you actively use various AI tools in your current role and are an advanced user of them.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly learn in unforeseen circumstances.
- Professional proficiency in graphic software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva) and video editors: CapCut/Videoleap (basic level).
- Knowledge of marketplace requirements for product card and banner design.
- Ability to create structured technical tasks for all types of content.
- Creativity, systematic approach, and discipline.
- Willingness to be accountable for results.
- Independence in finding creative and conversion solutions.
- Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail.
- English proficiency – no lower than A2 (Elementary).
