Global Integrated Marketing & Growth Lead上海社招全职用户与服务本科及以上7-10 年职位描述Mission:
Lead firefly’s global integrated marketing and growth strategy — connecting content, media, live commerce, and conversion to build a data-driven “lead & D2C” growth engine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop global marketing rhythm (annual & quarterly IMC calendar) and integrate cross-functional efforts (content, paid media, social, live commerce, local markets).
- Own global growth KPI framework: awareness → lead → conversion → retention.
- Orchestrate full-funnel marketing campaigns and ensure messaging & visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Lead on digital funnel optimization (CRM, conversion pages).
- Build and manage growth analytics dashboards to track CAC, LTV, lead-to-sale conversion.
- Manage external agencies (creative, media, live commerce) and set evaluation benchmarks.

主要职责:
- 制定全球整合营销节奏与年度/季度campaign计划,协调内容、社媒、付费媒体、直播及区域市场执行。
- 负责全球增长指标体系,从品牌认知到线索转化与留存。
- 主导整合营销项目,确保品牌信息与视觉一致性。
- 与电商负责人协作,优化数字转化漏斗(Shopify、CRM、落地页)。
- 搭建增长分析仪表盘,追踪CAC、LTV、Lead-to-sale转化。
- 管理全球agency及执行伙伴,建立评估与优化机制。职位要求- 7+ years in integrated or growth marketing and brand building, ideally in D2C/automotive/consumer tech.
- Strong project management skills; comfortable driving multi-market campaigns.
- Familiar with digital funnel metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, LTV).
- Fluent English; multilingual experience preferred.
