Product Marketing Manager上海社招全职产品本科及以上7-10 年职位描述Mission
As the bridge between brand and product, the PMK is responsible for shaping product narrative and differentiation based on user insights — across both global and local markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Positioning
- Deeply understand brand strategy and product planning, participating in market positioning from concept to launch of new models;
- Develop core product messaging frameworks (USP / RTB / Key Message) to ensure consistent and differentiated communication globally;
- Work closely with global and regional teams to align Firefly’s product narrative across diverse markets.
2. Consumer & Market Insights
- Identify target audience needs and pain points based on user research, social data, and sales feedback;
- Translate insights into product storytelling directions that resonate across different cultures and markets.
3. Product Packaging & Global Marketing Assets
- Lead product packaging strategy (naming, visual identity, messaging, storyline) with a consistent global framework adaptable for regional markets;
- Oversee development and localization of product launch documents and materials (Product Deck / Brochure / Press Kit / Product Page) across multiple languages;
4. Launch Rhythm & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sales, and regional teams to plan product launch timelines and go-to-market strategies;
- Ensure consistency of product information across internal training and external communications;

主要职责
1. 产品策略与定位
- 深入理解品牌战略与车型规划,参与新车型从概念到上市的市场定位;
- 制定产品核心卖点框架(USP / RTB / Key Message),确保全球传播一致且具区隔度;
- 分析竞品与市场趋势,提出产品差异化方向与价值主张建议;
- 与全球及区域团队密切协作,确保 firefly 的产品叙事在不同市场保持一致性与灵活性。
2. 用户与市场洞察
- 基于用户调研、社交数据与销售反馈,识别不同市场用户的需求与痛点;
- 构建 persona 与使用场景画像,提炼产品的情绪价值与沟通语调;
- 将洞察转化为跨文化可共鸣的产品叙事方向。
3. 产品包装与全球营销资产
- 主导车型包装策略(命名、视觉语言、主张概念、故事线),确保框架统一、可本地化落地;
- 统筹车型上市文档与营销物料(Product Deck / Brochure / Press Kit / 产品页面)的多语言制作与本地化;
- 与全球创意与内容团队合作,确保产品在各触点的一致呈现。
4. 上市节奏与跨团队协作
- 与市场、公关、销售及区域团队协作,制定车型上市节奏与 go-to-market 策略;
- 把控从“内部培训”到“外部沟通”的信息一致性;
- 跟踪上市后的市场表现与用户反馈,持续优化产品叙事与用户体验。职位要求Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or the automotive industry, with global or multi-market exposure preferred;
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, product packaging, naming, and storytelling;
- Experience working with multi-region or cross-cultural marketing teams;
- Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of driving creative ideas from concept to execution;
- Fluent in English, able to craft high-quality product narratives or briefs;
- Experience leading or participating in launch packaging projects for automotive, smart devices, or lifestyle brands.
任职要求
- 7年以上品牌营销、产品营销或汽车行业经验,具备国际视野或多市场经验者优先;
- 熟悉整合营销、产品包装、命名与叙事逻辑;
- 有跨区域或跨文化团队协作经验;
- 具备优秀的沟通与项目管理能力,能推动创意从概念到落地;
- 英语流利,能撰写高质量的产品叙事或 Brief;
