GB-Finance BP上海社招全职职能与支持 - 财务金融本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1.作为海外业务的财务合作伙伴，协助业务部门优化新市场进入的内部流程，参与产品策略制定，负责项目商业模型分析以及财务风险管控 2.参与海外新市场项目从报价到合同签署的标准化财务评估流程，维护和优化财务模型，对项目进行全面的财务分析，识别和评估财务风险 3.负责海外月度销量及收入确认，应收账款跟踪及管理，商务政策审核及销售系统财务需求沟通 4.组织业财月度经营报告复盘会，按产品、区域、项目进行利润分析，跟踪业务部门经营目标实现进度，识别机会点及风险项 5.作为财务与业务之间的桥梁，确保信息流畅，推动跨部门高效协作 1.Acting as the financial partner for overseas business, assisting business units in optimizing internal processes for new markets entering, participating in the product strategies, and being responsible for analyzing business models and managing financial risk 2.Participating in the standardized financial evaluation process for overseas new market projects, from the initial quote to the contract signing, optimizing financial models, conducting comprehensive financial analyses of the projects, and identifying financial risks 3.Responsible for monthly overseas sales volume and revenue recognition, tracking and managing AR balance, reviewing business policies, and financial requirements related to the sales system 4.Organize monthly business and finance review meetings to analyze profits based on products, regions, and projects, track the progress toward achieving business target, and identify opportunities and risk 5.Acting as a bridge between finance and operations, ensuring the efficient cross-departmental collaboration职位要求1.会计，国际贸易，财务管理或相关专业，本科及以上学历 2.5年以上财务相关工作经验，中大型甲方公司财务BP工作经验优先 3.具备较强的商业分析能力，具备商业敏锐度及扎实的财务专业知识 4.学习能力强，擅长沟通，能够独立处理复杂业务 5.英语可作为工作语言，听说读写流利。 1.Accounting, international trade, financial management and related, bachelor's degree or higher 2.At least 5 years of experience in financial-related work, with preference for experience as FBP in a mid-to-large company 3.Strong commercial analysis skills, business acumen, and solid financial expertise 4.Strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex business operations independently 5.Proficiency in English as a working language, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.投递
