About The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to develop innovative graphics design solutions primarily for our global e-commerce websites as well as collaborating with our friendly team of marketing professionals on campaigns, new product releases and events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion and eyewear and be able to stay ahead of evolving fashion and design trends to ensure our brand remains current and relevant. This role operates in a fast-paced and high-volume environment where adaptability and efficiency are important
This is a great role for an experienced professional who is keen to work in a growing and dynamic organisation where they can meaningfully influence the way the brand presents itself to market.
We operate a hybrid workplace, for us this means three days in our heritage Sydney CBD office and two days from home.
About The Person
To succeed in this role you will require:
- A bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
- Exceptional Adobe skills across all Creative Cloud applications, with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop being a must.
- Experience using Figma, Adobe XD and other prototyping tools are highly desired.
- Experience creating and preparing graphic assets and digital collateral including EDMs, homepage banners, pop-ups, category banners, lookbooks and campaign materials.
- Excellent grammar and copywriting skills.
- Experience producing graphic content for digital and print ads.
- Video editing skills are highly desirable but not essential.
- A results-driven attitude with experience tracking performance of graphics against set targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective task prioritisation and time management skills are essential to ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, share ideas and support colleagues as needed.
- Keep up to date with changing fashion and graphic design trends.
- A continuous improvement mindset is a must!
Your prior professional experience should be sufficient to enable you to work independently and with minimal supervision. Also, being an effective team member and willingness to work with a geographically dispersed team is critical to organisational success.
