Best suited for a junior to mid-weight level designer who wants to be part of our fashion-forward brand with big creative energy. This role focuses on delivering creative execution that follows the campaign strategy set by our Head of Marketing.

We uniquely maintain a full on-site production factory that keeps craftsmanship, quality control, design, marketing and photography all under one roof.
About your new role
- Produce digital assets and work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer on exciting projects spanning fashion campaigns, product collections, capsules, ambassador launches, organic social, website content, signage, and print media across all Sylvia P Group brands
- Create and adapt paid advertising creative in line with campaign briefs and performance insights provided by the Head of Marketing
- Support the monitoring of creative ad performance, implementing creative tests and iterations as directed to improve results and meet campaign objectives
- Build out advertising campaigns using the Kitchn.io platform, and assist our Head of Marketing in paid ad implementation
- This in an office-based role Mon-Fri, 7:30am start - 4pm finish, with early finish on Fridays
What will you bring?
- A strong grasp of design fundamentals and stunning visuals such as layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- A pulse on digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA and the ability to translate that into higher-performing creative
- Experience designing in fashion or beauty environments
- Basic to intermediate Meta Ads Manager knowledge, enough to collaborate, optimize, and iterate confidently
- Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools such as Capcut, Final Cut or Premier Pro, and project management tools such as Asana
