Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. To help us build and support reliable, automated systems, we’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level DevOps Engineer who is eager to learn modern development and operations practices.
You’ll work with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain build, deployment, and monitoring systems that support our software delivery lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys coding, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
- Work with developers and QA engineers to ensure smooth deployments and integrations.
- Help monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in cloud environments.
- Learn and apply best practices for automation, version control, and containerization.
- Collaborate with your team to document processes, suggest improvements, and adopt DevOps tools.
- Stay curious—research new technologies and recommend improvements to our processes.
- Learn from experienced DevOps and software engineers in a collaborative environment.
- Work on real infrastructure and automation projects that support production systems.

Requirements:
- We don’t expect you to know everything—just bring curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Coursework, projects, or internships involving:
- Programming or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
- Source control (Git or GitHub).
- Basic networking and how systems communicate.
- Cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP fundamentals).
- Databases (writing simple queries, understanding how applications use data).
- Containerization (Docker basics is a plus).
- Debugging and problem-solving in technical projects.
- Working in a team environment (group projects, open-source contributions, etc.).
- Programming or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
- Source control (Git or GitHub).
- Basic networking and how systems communicate.
- Cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP fundamentals).
- Databases (writing simple queries, understanding how applications use data).
- Containerization (Docker basics is a plus).
- Debugging and problem-solving in technical projects.
- Working in a team environment (group projects, open-source contributions, etc.).
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts or tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or similar).
- Understanding of application monitoring or logging (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.).
- Interest in automation, cloud infrastructure, or system reliability.
