Overview Of Role:
This role will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting. Active involvement with entire
recruitment process from sourcing candidates to induction as well as supporting the Talent
Acquisition manager and VP of People, Culture and learning in projects and meetings. This
includes: sourcing active and passive candidates from recruitment sources, present pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions, possible screening
of employee referrals, ensure compliance with our hiring policies and practices and develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimize the existing recruitment process
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers and other relevant stakeholders to deliver a premium service
- Trade fairs (from research to participation)
- Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective candidate sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates
- Create job descriptions, interview questions, and role plays
- Create and maintain job postings based on recruitment tools and other country-specific job boards, various user groups to identify and conduct productive conversations with candidates
- Manage relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations
- Filter job applications, telephone screening, and face-to-face competence interview
- Apply recruitment best practice in accordance with relevant employment legislation
- Support the hiring managers with interview questions, interview panel and interviews
- Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
- Communicate results and organize start dates with client and candidate
- Maintain the recruitment database to ensure that the data is up to date and provides timely information for KPIs
- Understand, update and manage the recruitment reports
- Attend recruitment meetings with managers and directors when necessary
- Spearhead recruiting projects and innovations to the recruiting process to ensure we maintain a best in breed recruiting function
- Prepare salary benchmarking
- Support the recruitment teams in various locations
- Maximize candidate experience to ensure National Pen is competitive in the marketplace and able to attract high quality talent that fits our culture
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Another European language desirable
- Excellent IT skills such as Microsoft Office
- Communication skills - particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with external third-party partners and candidates
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
- Problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
- Understanding of ATS from using to training new team members of its functionalities
- Social media networking experience with tools like LinkedIn
- International recruitment experience specifically with multi-lingual roles
- Executive recruitment on roles ranging from IT support to Senior level
- Experience working with job-boards, CV databases, internet search tools and writing job advertisements
