Accountabilities
- International Medical Products and Distribution finance position covering Asia region with a hybrid of Distribution Markets and Direct Markets
- Full FP&A scope, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Support in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational effectiveness. Aligns plans to business strategies and gains alignment from business partners
- Prepares monthly financial reporting package, including variance and financial statement analysis.
- Conducts analysis, synthesizes, and summarizes implications to business, influencing business partners using analytics and business understanding
- Identifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities, ensuring strong controls are in place
- Performs customer and product profitability analysis. Identifies opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and a more favorable mix
- Managing trade receivables including credit review, reconciliation, establishing bad debt reserves, managing customer relationships, collaborating with the commercial and collections teams, managing credit risk for the company, and administering credit policies and standards
- Work with demand planners and operations on inventory planning, forecast accuracy, and intercompany transactions
- Supports internal audit processes
- Support Pricing which includes maintenance, pricing approval, pricing impact and profitability analysis
- Effectively liaises with accounting services provider and corporate accounting to ensure correct allocation of expenses
- Collaborates with multi-functional partners and different departments, both internally and externally
- Any ad hoc assignment and reporting to support Finance and Sales Management when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- 3-4 years job related experience, preferably MNC’s environment
- Experience/knowledge in MS Excel, SAP Hana or data visualization and business intelligence tool such as Tableau, Power BI
