As we have already built a team of 100+ talented people, we are now seeking a for a Senior QA Engineer to join us․  

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure product quality across front-end, back-end, APIs, and microservices. You will collaborate closely with the QA lead to develop and contribute to the QA strategy and approaches. Also you will work with developers, engineering managers, and DevOps engineers to apply and maintain companywide QA strategy in a fast-paced, agile environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in building test automation frameworks, mentoring junior QAs, and driving quality-first practices across the full technology stack.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the end-to-end QA strategyestablishment; implement and maintain it for web, API, and backend systems.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, integration, performance, load testing).
• Write high-quality test scripts in Java, C#, TypeScript, or similar.
• Ensure proper CI/CD pipeline creation and integration for automated tests.
• Design and execute manual exploratory tests when automation is not practical.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and quality are embedded into design and code.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and drive them to closure.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable insights on product quality.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in automation and testing.
• Advocate for shift-left testing and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in test automation.
• Strong proficiency in automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, xUnit, REST Assured, or similar.
• Solid experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger etc.).
• Experience testing microservices, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in testing of systems based on cloud-native apps (Kubernetes, Docker) is considered as a plus.
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools (Azure Devops, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ability to validate backend data.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling) is a plus.
• Hands-on with version control systems (Git).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership mindset.
