Senior UI/UX designer

What You’Ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end UI/UX design for data‑intensive workflows (e.g., trading, rebalancing, reconciliation, performance), from discovery through delivery producing flows, wireframes, prototypes and specifications.
• Design highly usable data tables, filters, dashboards, and visualization patterns that support user personas working at scale.
• Define and document component patterns, states, and usage guidelines; contribute to the shared design system to improve consistency, accessibility, and build efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and engineers to scope problems, run design reviews, and ensure high‑quality implementation in modern UI frameworks (Angular/Web Components).
• Run lightweight research and usability testing; incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into iterative design decisions.
• Ensure WCAG‑aligned accessibility, responsive behavior, and performance‑minded UI choices for enterprise use.
• Partner with engineering on handoff readiness (redlines, tokens, acceptance criteria) and support build/test cycles.
• Advocate for brand voice and visual standards in product UI, aligning with InvestCloud’s brand system.

What You Bring

• 5+ years designing enterprise web applications; including a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design for complex, data‑heavy interfaces.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping skills (e.g., Figma), with clear rationale and measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing modern, reactive front‑end stacks and component libraries (e.g., Angular/Web Components; Kendo UI familiarity is a plus).
• Fluency in patterns for tables, filtering, async workflows, error states, and auditability in regulated contexts.
• Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and design tokens.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across product, engineering, QA, and operations.

Nice To Have

• Background in wealth tech/fintech—managed accounts, model management, trading/compliance, or performance analytics.
• Experience contributing to or governing a cross‑product design system at scale.
