Are you ready to drive recruitment strategies that focus on early talent and specialized roles? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Yearly's Contract), you'll own the candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance, ensuring seamless transitions, including coordinating country relocations when necessary. Collaborate with Communications and Marketing agencies to deliver brand-aligned recruitment messaging across all channels and manage newcomer announcements for non-manager hires.

Accountabilities:

Talent Sourcing & Selection

  • Identify, attract, and select candidates via referrals, job boards, social media, events/career fairs, and targeted campaigns with emphasis on early talent.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, case studies/assessments, offer management, and contract development.
  • Perform employment reference checks and coordinate initial IT/computer setup.

Candidate Experience

  • Provide clear, timely updates throughout the hiring journey and guide candidates to a smooth decision and onboarding.
  • Coordinate newcomer announcements for non-managerial hires.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Communications

  • Develop and review recruitment messages and materials to align with corporate brand guidelines in collaboration with marketing agencies.
  • Support employer branding activities: job fairs, roadshows, open houses, and campaigns in partnership with HRBPs and the Communications team.
  • Manage the Global Employee Referral Program (TalentScout) and optimize targeted outreach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to feedback on recruitment social channels by engaging relevant internal teams.

University, Early Talent, and Diversity Initiatives

  • Support college relations, career fairs, internship/graduate programs, and diversity-focused campus activities.
  • Build targeted messaging and materials aligned to required skill sets and brand standards.

Continuous Improvement & Channel Effectiveness

  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback from multiple sources to inform recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess channel effectiveness (referrals, job boards, social, events, ads, campaigns) and optimize the channel portfolio.

Core Recruitment Tasks

  • End-to-end recruitment process for non-manager level.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management.
  • Case study/assessment coordination and computer setup.
  • Contract development.
  • Work experience reference checks.
  • New employee announcements (non-manager).
  • Employer branding: job fairs, roadshows, open houses (with HRBPs and Communications).
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience; healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Proven end-to-end recruiting experience, including niche/specialized roles.
  • Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with multiple recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Experience with university relations, internships, and early talent programs.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (ideally Workday, HireVue, Eightfold) and recruitment streamlining tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
