About the Team
Our TikTok E-commerce Talent Acquisition team supports hiring needs for TikTok Shop across APAC. We are a diverse group of business partners with a passion for delivering great candidate experiences whilst hiring key talent that enables the business to achieve their goals.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
