Dealer Information Systems Corporation (Client) is a leading business management software provider to agricultural, construction, truck refrigeration and lift truck dealers in North America. Founded in 1980, based of Bellingham WA (USA); we are a team of 100+ professionals who help customers with Software, Hardware and Network Management so they don't have to deal with many vendors but just one full-service company.

The Position

The division is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its R&D team. The selected candidate will be part of the resource-center team, working as an extension of the onshore R&D team. 

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline. 
• Expert-level understanding of the complete UI/UX design lifecycle, from research to final delivery. 
• Deep experience with design systems, UI kits, reusable components, and maintaining scalable component libraries in tools like Figma. 
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies. 

Responsibilities

• Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, design reviews, and cross-functional discussions. 
• Expertise in producing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with clarity and speed. 
• Ability to define, evolve, and enforce design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms. 
• Strong capability to solve complex design problems through strategic thinking, user research insights, and data-driven decisions. 
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end behaviors, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. 
• Ability to handle ambiguous product requirements, translate them into clear design directions, and guide teams accordingly. 
• Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Marketing. 
• Ability to mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure design quality across the team. 
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of large-scale design initiatives. 
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions convincingly. 
• Perform additional strategic or design-related duties as assigned by management.
