Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Network Automation Engineer 

We are seeking a Network Automation Engineer to support our network operations and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, automation tools, and scripting to optimize network performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform L2-level network support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 
• Assist in configuring and managing network devices to ensure optimized performance. 
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for network provisioning and configuration management. 
• Implement and support Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) processes for network devices. 
• Monitor network health, detect anomalies, and assist in automation-driven remediation. 
• Work on Itential NetDevOps framework for managing network changes. 
• Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to industry best practices. 
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency.

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Experience in network operations or automation. 
• Solid understanding of routing & switching concepts. 
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages. 
• Familiarity with network automation tools like Ansible, Itential. 
• Exposure to DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
