Identify dependencies and escalate risks/trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Orchestrate Executive Governance: Own and orchestrate all executive governance forums for your programs (e.g., status meeting, monthly business reviews), ensuring timely, effective decision-making and strategic alignment at all levels.
- Drive Proactive Risk Resolution: Partner directly with key stakeholders to anticipate roadblocks and drive the development of robust mitigation plans, serving as the go-to leader for intervention on at-risk initiatives.
- Champion a Culture of Execution: Act as a change agent across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution excellence to ensure strategic projects deliver their intended value on time.

- Comfort with ambiguity and proficiency in the ability to plan, organize, and drive results in an unstructured environment.
- Passion for self-growth and desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge.
- Proven relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders including small to large teams without authority.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team-based environment.
Even better, you may have...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Beyond just leading projects, experience specifically contributing to or managing PMO functions (e.g., governance, standards, metrics, tool administration).
- Experience leading larger, interconnected programs composed of multiple projects, demonstrating a higher level of strategic oversight and coordination.
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, performing quantitative risk analysis, and facilitating risk mitigation strategies across multiple projects.
