“Join the Movement” and become our MHE Maintenance Manager.
With your expertise in Mechatronics and a solid understanding of MHE, you will oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work orders, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
Your Goal:
To keep everything running smoothly, solve technical challenges quickly, and help the site continuously improve. You’ll work closely with Operations Support, System Specialists, and our on-site Operations teams to diagnose issues, find root causes, and make sure our systems perform at their best.
You’ll lead a skilled group of maintenance experts—from technical support roles to team leads—and report directly to the On-site Operations Director. In short, you’ll be the person who keeps the heartbeat of the DC strong and steady.

- Leading the team, processes, stakeholder management, budget responsibility.
- Ensures operational efficiency and system reliability in the DC.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying operational demands, including evening or night shifts in some cases.

Your Job In Detail:
- Running and developing the control room and its processes.
- Leading, coaching, and supporting your team so they can perform at their best.
- Providing technical expertise, supporting escalations, and driving root-cause analysis.
- Reporting key insights and results to the on-site Operations Director.
- Managing team performance in line with strategy and long-term goals.
- Playing a key role in both operational and tactical decision-making.
- Preparing and managing the department budget.
- Tracking performance through KPIs and reporting.
- Leading a team that includes WES engineers, LLC, SCADA, PLC, VFD specialists, and advanced users.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Strong understanding and working experience with MHE systems.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Solid diagnostic abilities and confidence handling escalations.
- Fluent in English; Czech is a plus.
