The Opportunity:
As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure and consulting projects. This role is ideal for students pursuing a career in project management, engineering, or business operations who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will regularly accompany the Project Manager to project sites to gain practical exposure to on-site activities.

What you can expect to do here:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation including schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support project budgeting, invoicing, and procurement processes.
- Monitor project progress and update project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and task execution.
- Help ensure compliance with internal quality assurance and document control standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of project delivery frameworks.
What You’Ll Bring To Wsp:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Expected Salary (British Columbia): $24.50 - $32.25
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
