In This Role, You Will:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions through vendor relationships
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, contract review and negotiation, and ongoing vendor relationship management
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Document project activities, technical specifications, and vendor communications with high attention to detail
  • Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and post-deployment phases
  • Partner with end-users to assess solution performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, cost savings, growth, compliance, and security
  • Facilitate meetings and manage expectations with technical and non-technical teams
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a business analyst, project manager, or solutions engineer
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in project management preferred
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MIRO, Microsoft Project)
  • General understanding of software development and system integrations
  • Experience with ticketing and tracking systems like MS Project, Jira, or Asana
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams; able to facilitate meetings and manage expectations
